
Hengam Orchestras Conductor
During the recent six years Hengam
Orchestra has been conducted by Roozbeh Tabandeh. Born in 1359(1980) in
Shiraz. Roozbeh Tabandeh accomplished his university studies with a
Masters in Architecture. He started learning music at the age of nine,
playing Santour under the supervision of Reza Shiee Zadeh and later
continued playing this Iranian traditional instrument as a student to
Masoud Gharib Zadeh, playing the primary, intermediate and advanced
courses in the next fourteen years. He completed his music studies in
terms of Theory with the guide of Saeed and Sharif Lotfi, accomplished
different courses in Harmony, counterpoint, Orchestration, form and
analysis and Music
Composition
under the supervision of Kambiz Roshan Ravan and studied
The connection between poem and music as a student to Hossein Dehlavi.
Meanwhile he started playing the violin under the supervision of Masih
Mosallaie, and later Arsalan Kamkar. Right now he is a student to
Shojaedin Lashkarloo. He has also completed the Master classes in
Conducting held by Manouchehr Sahbaie.
